"I tried booking through Anna Maria..."
I tried booking through Anna Maria and it was kind of annoying, honestly. Some pages were loading slow, and I had to type my details in more than once, which made me feel like I was doing something wrong even though I don’t think I was. I did get the booking finished eventually, so I guess it worked, but it still felt clunky. Not terrible or anything, just not as smooth as it probably should be

"I ordered this sometime last month..."
I ordered this sometime last month, or maybe it was late the month before, and it just didn’t really match what I thought I was getting from the listing. The color looked different in person, and the size felt off too. The photos made it seem like one thing, but what showed up was kind of another. Frustrating when you’re ordering based on those details

"Figured it’d be quicker, but it got done"
I assumed the repair would be quick, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. The maintenance was done okay in the end, so no major complaints, just wish it had moved a bit faster.

"Refund came through, just wish there were more updates"
I cancelled my order from Anna Maria and did get my refund in the end, so overall it was okay. It just took a little longer than I expected, and I ended up sending a follow-up email because I wasn’t totally sure what was happening. Support did reply, which helped reassure me, but the response wasn’t super quick. Not a bad experience, just would’ve felt smoother with clearer updates along the way.

"Way too expensive for what you get"
I didn’t feel like this was worth the price at all. It’s way too pricey for what it is, and to make it more frustrating, there was no follow-up afterward either. Just felt like they took my money and that was it.

The place was really clean and everything looked well taken care of, so no complaints there. I will say I felt a little trapped during the stay, but as far as cleanliness goes, it was solid

"Nice place, but a few things could be better"
We stayed at one of the properties and overall it was decent. The pool was great, and we ended up using the kitchen a lot since it had most of what we needed. Wifi worked fine too, no real issues there. Some things did feel a little worn out though, like the chairs and the beach stuff, and there were a few small items missing that would’ve been nice to have. Not a bad stay at all, just felt like it could’ve been a bit better for the price.

"Pretty easy check-in, just like I expected"
Check-in was smooth and checkout was quick too. I had already assumed it would be hassle-free, and that’s exactly how it felt. There was a small wait at the desk, but nothing that really changed my mind.

"We stayed here the location was probably my..."
We stayed here the location was probably my favorite part. Everything felt close by, and getting to the beach was easy, which is always a plus when you’re carrying towels and snacks and somehow still forget sunscreen. Parking did get a little annoying here and there, but it wasn’t enough to ruin anything. Overall, it was a really nice spot for a beach trip

"Not gonna lie, the slow replies were frustrating"
Not gonna lie, I did like some things on the site, but trying to get a response was frustrating. I had to send follow-up messages, and even then the answers I got were kind of vague. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the slow communication definitely made it annoying.

"Helpful service, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, they were really nice and easy to deal with. It did take a bit longer than I expected to hear back, but once they got to it, they sorted everything out without any drama. Overall, I’m happy with the help I got and would still recommend them.
